  • To create and manage your Paybills account.
  • To process bill payments, airtime/data top-ups, virtual card issuance, and fund transfers.
  • To verify your identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations stipulated by the CBN.
  • To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud and other illegal activities.
  • To communicate with you regarding transaction updates, promotional offers, and service changes.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Payment gateways, identity verification services (NIMC, NIBSS), and cloud hosting providers.
  • Regulatory Authorities: The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) when required by law.
  • Affiliates and Partners: Trusted business partners who work with us strictly under confidentiality agreements.
